FXO problem

Hi

I have cisco 2800 router. When I pluged the 4 port FXO WIC to it.. it will shown in the "show hardware" command..but it is not showing in the "show voice port summary"..it means that I can not configure the FXO ports.. how I can rid off this problem.

if you remove and replace your FXO card what does the console display?

same thing will happen on all for WIC,s.. The FXO dosn,t have any problem..becouse the same FXO when connected to other cisco router 2800, IT WILL WORK AND COMMAND OF FXO PORTS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

what IOS code are you running on the router where the FXO card does not work?
is it the same code that is running on the router where the FXO card works?

sounds like one router is running code that does not support voice commands.

but now I fixed the problem..I change the router, which has IP voice version...now the FXO is working...
