Bgp regular expressions book

Folks. I have been using the bgp command book to get a grasp of bgp & its commands. I am using the Bill Parkhurst book which is very good in explaining the theory about the commands but one thing i seem to notice is a lack of in depth explanation on regular expressions.

Does anyone know of a book or document that either explains regular expressions in depth or has some complex labs that i could use to practice with?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for the response. I forgot to mention that i have already looked at that link. I am trying to locate more complex labs then what are in the bgp book and some of the vendor labs.
