3550 switch error

I get the following errors when I power on my Cisco 3550 switch,

!!! Warning: This switch is not usable !!!

I am able to log into the switch but I dont see any interfaces in the configuration.

This is typically caused by a hardware failure, check the POST messages while the switch is booting to see if there are any failures.
